Abigail Boatey, MSN, MBA, RN, FNP-BC, is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner and graduate of Marymount University, committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across the lifespan. She brings valuable clinical experience from her work at MinuteClinic and maintains specialized expertise in urgent care, primary care, preventive health, and chronic disease management.

Ms. Boatey is recognized for her professionalism, clinical competence, and commitment to evidence-based practice. She is devoted to advancing patient wellness through education, advocacy, and the provision of compassionate, culturally sensitive care.

Outside of her clinical work, Ms. Boatey enjoys reading, traveling, and volunteering—pursuits that enrich her personal and professional growth while deepening her connection to the communities she serves.

Meet Mina M-Aggrey

CNS, APRN, FNP-BC

My name is Mina M-Aggrey, and I’ve been a dedicated nurse for over 20 years. I began my journey as a proud Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), and through hard work, compassion, and a deep commitment to lifelong learning, I advanced my career with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from George Mason University. I later earned a Master’s degree as a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC), which led me to my current role in an outpatient pediatric office—where I care for families, support growing minds, and occasionally negotiate with toddlers.

Beyond clinical practice, I’ve had the privilege of shaping future nurses as a faculty member at the Catholic University of America and the University of the District of Columbia. I was honored to serve as the Director of Nursing for the RN-ADN program at ECPI University’s Northern Virginia campus, where I combined leadership with my passion for education.
